Fille are sisters, friends, confidants & creatives.
This is us.
Our paths have always been creative. Deborah pursued a painting degree & I styled my way through fashion & retail.
We travelled the world together, scouring market’s for jewels or anything amazing we could beat each other to.
Deb was the first to really explore the art of making costume jewellery. Her first jewellery job was making for Victoria Spring in Sydney, then shortly after moving to London & was designing and making for ‘Erickson & Beaman’. A great job that, little did she know, would fuel her design future.
I continued to style beautiful people and buy for beautiful stores……jewellery has always been something that we’ve collected and loved to dabble in making.
Years on, both with families and careers, making and talking about jewellery has never disappeared. Finally we took the bull by the horns and made it happen.
’Fille’ was born.
Fille is the feminine in us all.
Woman, daughter, girlfriends, mother & sister. We are all of those things and we make for all of those around us.
The jewellery that we make is a bonus, what it really brings us is lots of laughs!
It’s really just an excuse for two sisters to hang out in amongst our hectic lives and what better way.
